They gave us helpful advise in the planning process, and were able to suggest less costly, but perfectly suitable, alternative materials to enable us to stay within our budget. This letter of recommendation is in reference to a bathroom renovation completed by Bathrooms in the Making, a division of King Constructions Pty Ltd., overseen by Yvonne King.

The renovation involved removing all fixtures and flooring from an existing bathroom and adjacent pantry, removing the interior wall between the two rooms, and designing the new bathroom to include a bathtub, vanity and toilet. In addition to new fixtures, the renovation also included all new floor and wall tiles, new ceiling, brick work, plastering, and the installation of new plumbing and electrical.

The workmen were professional and prompt, and the renovation proceeded on schedule and on budget. Yvonne King was very helpful throughout the process, from the design to completion. She frequently visited the site during both demolition and construction, and was in constant contact regarding the progress, scheduling, and necessary adjustments along the way.
